Job Summary :

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, connecting with potential clients, understanding their business requirements, explaining our compliance services, and converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities :

• Generate new leads through calls, online platforms, references, and other channels.

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce company services.

• Understand customers' business requirements and recommend suitable services.

• Explain company registration, compliance, and other business-related services to clients.

• Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email.

• Maintain and regularly update lead and customer information in the CRM/ATS or sales tracking sheet.

• Convert qualified leads into customers and achieve monthly sales targets.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth service delivery after sales.

• Maintain daily and weekly sales reports.

• Follow up with existing and potential customers for repeat business and referrals.

• Stay updated about the company's services, pricing, and sales processes.

Required Skills :

• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.

• Ability to communicate professionally over phone, WhatsApp, and email.

• Willingness to learn about company compliance and business services.

• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.

• 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, telecalling, or B2B sales.

• Candidates with experience in

company registration, GST, MCA, ROC, compliance, or business services will be preferred.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

• Performance-based incentives may be provided based on company policy, we give 10% incentive.
