We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team at Scribe Minds And Media. This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Identifying leads, pitching products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibility. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15000 - ₹40000 along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Generation: Drive sponsorship sales across B2B conferences and summits, achieving or exceeding set revenue targets. Prospecting & Research: Conduct market research to identify potential corporate sponsors and decision-makers (Marketing heads, CMOs). Outreach & Sales: Execute outbound sales efforts, including cold calling, LinkedIn prospecting, and email outreach to secure meetings. Proposals & Negotiations: Create customized sponsorship proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close partnership deals. Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture relationships with existing sponsors to ensure repeat business and high client satisfaction. CRM Management: Update and track sales pipelines, activities, and forecasts in CRM systems.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and candidate must be a fresher. Strong communication skills, customer-centric approach, and ability to close deals are important for this profile. Proficiency in Lead Generation is an added advantage.
