Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Real Estate Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the real estate market.
🔑 Responsibilities:
Generate and follow up on leads through calls, meetings, and site visits
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties
Conduct property tours and coordinate site visits
Negotiate deals and close sales
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities
✅ Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of real estate sales experience preferred
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Pleasant personality with a client-first approach
Own vehicle preferred
Self-driven and target-oriented
💰 Salary: ₹18,000 to ₹30,000 (Fixed) + Attractive Incentives
🕒 Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM | 6 Days a Week
