Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive (Female) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads, building relationships with existing clients, and driving sales growth. Excellent communication skills, backend sales experience, and proficiency in calling, mailing, and follow-ups are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Generate new business leads through cold calling, emailing, and networking.

2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals.

3. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.

4. Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to revenue growth.

5. Manage and follow up on leads, ensuring timely closure of deals.

6. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, etc.) to achieve sales goals.

Requirements:

1. 2-5 years of experience in sales or a related field.

2. Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth.

3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

4. Strong backend sales experience, with a focus on relationship-building and deal closure.

5. Proficiency in calling, mailing, and follow-ups.

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
