Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and understand their vision needs, lifestyle, and preferences.
Recommend suitable frames, lenses, coatings, sunglasses, and add-ons (blue cut, anti-glare, transitions, etc.).
Drive sales through product knowledge, upselling, and cross-selling.
Maintain strong knowledge of frames, lens types (single vision, bifocal, progressive), brands, and promotions.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 1 years of experience. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to close deals effectively, and a customer-focused approach are also essential for this role.
