Key Responsibilities

• Identify, generate, and follow up on sales leads for residential/commercial plots.

• Promote properties through online/offline marketing campaigns.

• Conduct client meetings, property visits, and presentations.

• Build & maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business.

• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.

• Prepare sales reports and share market insights with the management team.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to design effective promotional strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in Marketing/Business or any graduate.

• 6 months – 1 year of sales/marketing experience (Real Estate preferred).

• Strong communication & negotiation skills.

• Ability to work under target-based environment.

• Good knowledge of MS Office & digital marketing basics.
