Handle local and international client queries, orders, and complaints professionally and promptly.

Coordinate communication with senior management, the accounts team, and service vendors as required.

Business Support Activities

Assist in identifying and communicating with buyers and suppliers for import and export business purposes.

Take part in exhibitions to support brand promotion domestically and internationally.

Communication and Relationship Management

Manage incoming calls and visitors with excellent customer service and professionalism.

Maintain excellent written and verbal communication for both internal and external correspondence.

Administrative and Billing Support

Participate in billing, accounting support, and resolving related queries as needed.

Process paperwork for customers and employees accurately and on time.

Initiative and Problem Solving

Proactively resolve issues with ownership, urgency, and discretion while maintaining confidentiality.

Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills, especially under pressure.
