Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify and approach potential clients through networking, cold calling, site visits, and referrals.
Maintain and update client databases to track sales opportunities.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
Understand clients’ needs and offer suitable property solutions.
Assist clients with property viewings, negotiations, and closing deals.
Sales & Business Development
Promote residential and commercial projects through presentations, site visits, and sales events.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns and events to attract potential buyers.
Market Research & Analysis
Stay updated with real estate market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and regulatory policies.
Provide feedback to management on client preferences and market demands.
Documentation & Coordination
Assist clients with legal, financial, and documentation processes related to property sales.
Ensure smooth coordination between clients, banks, and legal advisors.
