We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Exhibition Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales for exhibitions and trade shows by securing participation from exhibitors, building client relationships, and ensuring revenue growth.
Identify and approach potential exhibitors through cold calls, emails, and meetings.
Pitch exhibition opportunities and present relevant event information to prospective clients.
Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team targets.
Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate client details and sales activity.
Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat participation.
Work closely with the marketing and operations team to ensure client expectations are met.
Attend exhibitions and industry networking events to develop business opportunities.
Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in exhibitions, media, or B2B sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Confidence in cold calling and handling objections.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel and attend events as required.
