Qualifications:
Any Qualification (Good Communication skills preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct live product demonstrations for walk-in customers, dealers, and clients.
Explain product features, specifications, and advantages in a clear and engaging manner.
Assist customers in understanding machine operations, usage, and maintenance basics.
Support the Sales Team in lead conversion through effective demos.
Prepare demo setups, including machine readiness, sample designs, and materials.
Coordinate with the Sales & Service teams for smooth demo scheduling.
Handle customer queries during and after demonstrations.
Maintain demo records and customer feedback reports.
Travel to client locations for on-site demonstrations when required.
Ensure proper handling and maintenance of demo machines.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Number of demos conducted per month
Demo-to-sale conversion ratio
Customer satisfaction/feedback
Lead support effectiveness
Required Skills:
Good communication and presentation skills
Basic technical knowledge (machines/equipment preferred)
