Key Responsibilities
Call and arrange meetings with potential customers to generate new business.
Understand customers requirements and recommend suitable residential projects.
Schedule and conduct site visits with prospective buyers.
Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and builder offers.
Build strong relationships with customers and provide end-to-end assistance throughout the sales process.
Coordinate with developers, internal teams, and customers to ensure smooth bookings.
Follow up regularly with prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Contribute to team revenue goals.
Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM and submit daily activity reports.
Requirements
1- 6 years of experience in Real Estate Sales, Banking Sales, Insurance Sales, Automobile Sales, or any direct sales role or B2C Sales Experience.
Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in sales are welcome to apply.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused attitude with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships.
Comfortable with client meetings.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
