Sales Executive - Decorative Glass Showroom

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at our prestigious Decorative Glass Showroom. As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales, building customer relationships, and promoting our exquisite decorative glass products. If you are passionate about design, have excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed assigned sales targets.

Identify and pursue opportunities to maximize revenue.Close deals effectively.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Cultivate strong relationships with existing customers.

Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly.Upsell and cross-sell to enhance customer satisfaction.

New Customer Acquisition: Identify potential leads through market research.

Convert leads into loyal customers.Develop strategies for lead generation.

Product Knowledge and Presentation: Master the features and benefits of our decorative glass products.

Present products to customers in an engaging and informative manner.Customize presentations based on customer needs.

Sales Process Efficiency: Follow a structured sales process from lead to closure.

Manage the sales pipeline efficiently.Monitor and analyse sales metrics.

Negotiation Skills: Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with customers.

Balance customer requirements with business goals.Stay informed about industry trends and competitors.Identify opportunities and threats in the market.

Team Collaboration: Coordinate with other team members (designers, installers, customer service) for seamless customer experiences.

Share insights to improve overall showroom performance.

Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities.

Prepare regular reports for management.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the home decor or construction industry.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving targets.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
