Qualification and Experience :
- Any Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales executive or in a similar role
- Fresher can also apply with good communication skill
Job Description :
- Work on leads and send quotation to customers and channel partners.
- Maintain fruitful relation with existing customers for cross selling.
- Quickly respond to customers queries through Calls, Whatsapp or Email.
- Responsible for processing orders using company internal formats.
- Co-ordinate with client and manage escalations.
- Take an idea about the needs of prospective companies and find contacts of purchase head.
- Negotiation and closure of sales deals.
- Maintain effective co-ordination with clients
- Maintain records and share MIS on daily basis.
- Develop new vendor list through portals like Indiamart
