Job Description :
- Work on leads and send products quotation/ Pro Invoices to customers and channel partners.
- Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers, when it comes to generating leads.
- Quickly response to new customers any queries through Calls, whatsapp and Email.
- Responsible for processing orders using company internal formats.
- Connecting with client and collection feedbacks and updating the management if any escalations.
- Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing.
- Negotiation and closure of sales Deals.
- Maintaining effective coordination between customers and company
- Maintaining records and sharing MIS on daily basis.
- Developing query as a new customer
