Key Responsibilities:
Generate new leads through networking, referrals, site visits, and digital platforms.
Meet prospective clients in person across various locations in India and present real estate projects.
Understand client needs and provide expert guidance on suitable property options.
Give project presentations and conduct property site visits with potential buyers.
Negotiate and finalize deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain strong follow-ups and develop long-term client relationships.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handovers and documentation.
Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and sales status in CRM systems.
