Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new leads through networking, referrals, site visits, and digital platforms.

• Meet prospective clients in person across various locations in India and present real estate projects.

• Understand client needs and provide expert guidance on suitable property options.

• Give project presentations and conduct property site visits with potential buyers.

• Negotiate and finalize deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Maintain strong follow-ups and develop long-term client relationships.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handovers and documentation.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and sales status in CRM systems.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 4 - 5 years of experience.
