  • Greet customers and understand their vision needs and preferences

  • Assist customers in selecting frames, lenses, and eyewear accessories

  • Explain lens types, coatings, and vision correction options clearly

  • Interpret prescriptions provided by optometrists or ophthalmologists

  • Take accurate facial and frame measurements for proper fitting

  • Process sales, billing, and insurance claims (if applicable)

  • Adjust, repair, and maintain eyeglasses as needed

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the optical store

  • Manage inventory and restock displays

  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service professionally

  • Meet individual and store sales targets
