Sales Executive

Patient Interaction & Sales

• Attend patients referred from OPD, optometrists, and doctors.

• Understand optical prescriptions and guide patients in selecting suitable frames and lenses.

• Explain lens options, coatings, pricing, delivery timelines, and warranty details clearly.

• Ensure ethical sales practices in line with hospital standards.

• Generate bills and receipts as per hospital billing procedures.

Optical Fitting & Dispensing

• Take accurate measurements (PD, fitting height, frame size).

• Perform proper fitting, alignment, and adjustment of frames.

• Ensure correct dispensing of lenses as per prescription.

• Carry out minor repairs such as screw tightening, nose pad replacement, and frame adjustment.

• Perform final quality checks before handover to patients.

Coordination & Workflow

• Coordinate closely with optometrists, ophthalmologists, and optical labs.

• Track orders and ensure timely delivery of spectacles.

• Update patients regarding order status and follow-ups.

• Escalate prescription or fitting-related issues to the optometrist immediately.

Inventory & Counter Management

• Maintain stock of frames, lenses, accessories, and consumables.

• Ensure proper display and safe storage of optical products.

• Keep records of stock movement and inform management about low stock.

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the optical counter.

Compliance & Documentation

• Maintain accurate patient records, prescriptions, and sales data.

• Follow hospital SOPs, pricing policies, and patient confidentiality norms.

• Adhere strictly to hospital discipline, punctuality, and professional behavior.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
