Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Apprentice to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are interested in building a career in sales and the travel industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries for travel packages (domestic & international)

• Promote and sell holiday packages and related services

• Manage walk-in clients, calls, and leads

• Support the sales team in achieving targets

• Maintain customer data and follow-ups

• Coordinate with internal teams for bookings and documentation

• Ensure excellent customer service experience

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Graduate (Non-IT background only)

• Pass-out Year: 2021 to 2025

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)

• Interest in sales and customer-facing roles

• This is an apprenticeship role (no PF/ESI benefits applicable)

• Candidates should be comfortable with a target-driven sales environment

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 0 - 6 months of experience.
