Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Apprentice to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are interested in building a career in sales and the travel industry.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries for travel packages (domestic & international)
Promote and sell holiday packages and related services
Manage walk-in clients, calls, and leads
Support the sales team in achieving targets
Maintain customer data and follow-ups
Coordinate with internal teams for bookings and documentation
Ensure excellent customer service experience

Eligibility Criteria

Education: Graduate (Non-IT background only)
Pass-out Year: 2021 to 2025
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
Interest in sales and customer-facing role

This is an apprenticeship role (no PF/ESI benefits applicable)
