Work Timings: 10:30 AM – 8:30 PM (Weekly off on a weekday)

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹28,000 / month (Negotiable based on experience) + Performance Incentives

About the Role

We are hiring a dependable and customer-friendly Sales, Billing & Accounts Executive for our jewellery showroom in JP Nagar / Sarakki. The role involves managing counter sales with walk-in customers, generating accurate computer bills/invoices, handling daily cash/card/UPI payments, and updating basic sales accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend walk-in customers, showcase gold/silver jewellery, explain making charges, wastage, and hallmarking details.

• Generate accurate invoices on POS / Billing software (calculating gross weight, net weight, stone charges, and 3% GST).

• Collect payments via Cash, Card swipe machines, UPI, and bank transfers; manage the daily cash register.

• Perform day-to-day basic sales ledger entries, customer advance tracking, and expense recording using Tally / Marg / POS software.

• Tally cash drawer balances and perform daily physical stock tray verification at showroom opening and closing.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 1–3 years in retail showroom sales, POS billing, or cashiering (experience in jewellery, apparel, or retail stores preferred).

• Education: 12th pass / B.Com / BBA / Graduate.

• Computer Skills: Hands-on experience with POS billing software, MS Excel, or Tally Prime / Marg ERP.

• Languages: Fluent in Kannada (Mandatory) and basic English / Hindi.

• Location Preference: Candidates residing within 3–7 km (JP Nagar, Sarakki, Banashankari, Konanakunte, Jayanagar, Yelachenahalli) preferred.
