Position: Sales Associate (Male)

Freshers or candidates with 6 months to 1 year of experience in real estate (Villa Projects preferred)

Required Skills

Good communication skills in Telugu and English
Hindi communication will be an added advantage
Self-driven, energetic, and target-oriented
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Customer-focused with a positive attitude
Comfortable with frequent travelling and site visits
Basic knowledge of MS Office is an added advantage

Job Responsibilities

Handle customer enquiries and generate sales opportunities
Explain project features, pricing, and investment benefits to customers
Schedule and conduct site visits
Follow up with prospects and maintain customer relationships
Coordinate with the CRM and marketing teams for lead management
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
