Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive with excellent communication skills to drive sales for our premium plotted development project. The candidate will be responsible for handling leads, client interactions, site visits, and converting prospects into customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound leads effectively
Communicate clearly with customers and explain project details confidently
Conduct site visits and provide complete project walkthroughs
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients
Follow up regularly with leads to ensure conversions
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable options
Coordinate with the marketing team for lead updates and campaign feedback
Maintain accurate records in CRM tools
Achieve monthly sales targets
Required Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
Good presentation skills
Ability to handle objections and close deals
Basic knowledge of CRM tools (Sell.Do, Paramantra is an added advantage)
Positive attitude and target-driven mindset
Qualifications:
Any graduate (B.Com, BBA, or related field preferred)
1–2 years of experience in real estate sales or relevant field
Additional Requirements:
Willingness to work on weekends (site visits & client meetings)
Presentable and professional behavior
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
