Sales Executive

Job Title: Sales Executive – Field Sales (FMCG)

Location: Dadri, Greater Noida
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Incentives
Gender Preference: Male
Experience: 1-2 years in FMCG sales preferred
Industry: FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods)

Job Responsibilities:

• Visit retailers, wholesalers, and distributors within assigned areas to promote and sell FMCG products

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

• Ensure product visibility and proper placement in stores

• Collect market feedback and report competitor activities

• Coordinate with the supply/logistics team for order fulfillment

• Prepare daily reports of field visits and sales performance

Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: Graduate preferred

• Must have 2-wheeler with valid driving license

• Prior experience in FMCG field sales is highly preferred

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Self-motivated and target-oriented

• Familiar with local routes in Dadri & Greater Noida

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
