Job Title: Sales Executive – Target Based

Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹30,000 per month

💼 Note: Salary will be credited only upon completion of the monthly sales target between ₹2,00,000 to ₹5,00,000.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Promote and sell digital marketing services to potential clients.

Actively generate leads via cold calling, field visits, networking, and online platforms.

Achieve assigned monthly sales targets (₹2L to ₹5L).

Prepare proposals and negotiate deals with prospective clients.

Maintain a sales pipeline and report daily activities.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Represent the company professionally and build trust with clients.

Required Skills:

Prior sales experience (Digital Marketing or IT services preferred).

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Strong follow-up and client relationship-building ability.

Result-driven, confident, and self-motivated personality.

Basic understanding of digital marketing services is an advantage.

Eligibility Criteria:

Education: Minimum 12th pass (Graduates preferred).

Experience: 1-3 years in sales. Freshers with strong sales potential can apply.

Language: Fluency in Hindi and English.

Must be comfortable with daily field or office sales activities.
