Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated fresh graduates to join our team as an Associate / Business Consultant. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to learn about business operations, client handling, and strategic problem-solving. You will work closely with senior consultants and cross-functional teams to analyze business needs, support decision-making, and help deliver effective solutions. Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
Communicate company services clearly to customers and leads
Follow up with leads and maintain accurate call records
Update customer details and call status in the CRM system
Respond to customer queries and escalate when required
Support sales and operations teams in daily calling activities

· Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali

· Basic computer knowledge with willingness to learn CRM tools and business software
