Sales Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive with basic knowledge of IT products/services. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling both inbound and outbound calls, engaging with prospects, understanding customer needs, and supporting the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information about products/services.

• Make outbound sales calls to potential customers for lead generation and follow-ups.

• Identify customer needs and suggest suitable solutions.

• Maintain and update the CRM with call logs, lead statuses, and follow-up details.

• Assist in achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets.

• Build and maintain good customer relationships.

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth sales operations.

• Provide basic technical information or redirect queries to technical teams when required.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Basic understanding of IT concepts/products (training will be provided).

• Ability to handle customer conversations confidently.

• Good negotiation and persuasion skills.

• Strong follow-up and customer management abilities.

• Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email communication, CRM usage).

Qualifications

• Any graduate/undergraduate with strong communication skills.

• Prior experience in telecalling or sales is an added advantage.
