Job Title: Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our electric two-wheeler dealership. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to convert walk-in and online enquiries into satisfied customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend and assist walk-in customers at the showroom.

• Explain features, specifications, pricing, finance options, and benefits of electric two-wheelers.

• Generate sales through showroom enquiries, references, and outdoor promotional activities.

• Make cold calls to prospective customers and generate new leads.

• Follow up with existing leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and email until closure.

• Maintain customer records and update lead status regularly.

• Prepare quotations, booking receipts, invoices, and delivery documents.

• Handle vehicle registration documentation and coordinate the registration process.

• Assist customers with finance, insurance, and other documentation.

• Coordinate vehicle delivery and ensure a smooth customer experience.

• Participate in outdoor marketing activities, canopy campaigns, exhibitions, and local promotional events.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction.

• Support showroom operations and maintain proper display of vehicles.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Confident in cold calling and customer follow-ups.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, email).

• Ability to prepare invoices and maintain records.

• Knowledge of vehicle registration documentation is preferred.

• Positive attitude with strong negotiation and sales skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualification

• Graduate preferred (Minimum 12th Pass may be considered for suitable candidates).

• Minimum 2 Years Experience in automobile, electric vehicle, retail showroom, or B2C sales is preferred.

• Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome.
