Sales Executive

We are looking for motivated, confident and result-oriented Sales Executives / Telecallers to join our growing team. If you have good communication skills, a positive attitude and a passion for sales, this opportunity is for you.

This role involves connecting with potential customers, understanding their requirements, generating leads, explaining suitable property options, scheduling site visits and converting prospects into successful deals.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming and outgoing calls with potential customers.

Generate and follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp and other digital channels.

Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable real estate options.

Explain property details, pricing, offers and other relevant information clearly.

Schedule and coordinate property/site visits.

Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers.

Build strong relationships with clients and provide a professional customer experience.

Convert qualified leads into successful sales and achieve monthly targets.

Maintain basic records of leads, follow-ups and sales activities.

Coordinate with the sales team for smooth deal closure.

Stay updated with property projects, market trends and company offerings.
