Tele sales Consultant (0-4 years in calling)- Freshers with Good Communication can be considered)

Job Description:

Make outbound calls provided by the company. (Minimum- 200/300 calls ) and after dailer calls can go upto 400/500

Reach out to potential and existing clients to boost interest in properties.

Encourage prospective clients to visit the property.

Pass on leads with full client details to the appropriate sales team members for follow-up.

Participate in regular training sessions on new projects and pitches.

Address client doubts and concerns promptly with helpful suggestions.

Update and manage lead records in CRM or MIS systems.

Work toward monthly call targets and performance goals.

Skills and Experience:

Candidate should have excellent communication skills.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Any Graduate/Post Graduate

Basic knowledge about real estate industry would be an add-on.
