Sales Executive

Job Description:

• Make outbound calls provided by the company. (Minimum- 200/300 calls ) and after dailer calls can go upto 400/500 

• Reach out to potential and existing clients to boost interest in properties.

• Encourage prospective clients to visit the property.

• Pass on leads with full client details to the appropriate sales team members for follow-up.

• Participate in regular training sessions on new projects and pitches.

• Address client doubts and concerns promptly with helpful suggestions.

• Update and manage lead records in CRM or MIS systems.

• Work toward monthly call targets and performance goals.

Skills and Experience:

• Candidate should have excellent communication skills.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Any Graduate/Post Graduate 

• Basic knowledge about real estate industry would be an add-on.
