Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and build strong relationships to identify their needs and preferences

  • Present and demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles to potential buyers

  • Explain vehicle features, specifications, financing options, and after-sales services

  • Guide customers through the entire sales process, including test drives, trade-in evaluations, financing, and documentation

  • Follow up with prospective and existing customers to encourage repeat and referral business

  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and dealership goals

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle inventory, promotions, and industry trends

  • Accurately complete all necessary paperwork and sales contracts

  • Coordinate with the finance and insurance (F&I) team to finalize deals

  • Ensure all vehicles on the lot are clean, properly priced, and display-ready


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in automotive sales or a related sales field

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills

  • Ability to work under pressure and handle rejection

  • Familiarity with automotive financing and insurance processes is a plus

  • Basic understanding of automotive technology and features

  • Professional appearance and demeanor

  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certifications in sales or automotive technology is a plus
