Role - Sales Executive / Sr Executive
Location - Mazgaon , Byculla / Reay Road
working days - 6 days working ( 1 weekoff on Wednesday )
Role & Responsibilities
Sourcing & Prospecting : Proactively source leads through cold calling, networking, and channel partners to build a robust pipeline.
Site Presentations: Conduct professional site visits, effectively demonstrating project USPs, amenities, and floor plans.
Negotiation : Lead price discussions and payment structuring to ensure successful conversions.
End-to-End Sales : Manage the entire journey from initial inquiry and booking to agreement signing and final closure.
Relationship Management : Maintain consistent follow-ups and build a strong referral network with existing clients.
Candidate Profile
Experience: 2–5 years in Real Estate sales (Residential/Commercial).
Skills: Strong negotiation, persuasive communication, and expertise in lead conversion.
Attributes: Highly target-oriented, mobile for site visits,
Education: Graduate; MBA in Marketing is a plus.
