Sales Executive

Position Overview:

Qollabb is seeking a highly motivated and target-driven professional to join our team as a Senior Executive – Corporate Partnerships. In this pivotal role, you will focus on Responsible for identifying, developing, and managing partnerships with corporates to drive collaborations, internships, placements, CSR initiatives, and revenue opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and onboard new corporate partners for internships, job placements, and learning initiatives.

•

Conduct market research to generate potential partnership leads across industries.

•

Develop and execute outreach strategies through calls, emails, meetings, and networking events.

•

Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing corporate clients.

•

Understand hiring needs, skill requirements, and partnership expectations of companies.

•

Ensure consistent follow-ups, engagement, and satisfaction of partner organizations.

•

Schedule and conduct corporate meetings, presentations, and proposal discussions.

•

Articulate program offerings, student profiles, and partnership benefits clearly and effectively.

•

Coordinate with internal teams to customize solutions for corporate requirements.

•

Work closely with the placement team to align corporate requirements with student profiles.

•

Facilitate hiring drives, interviews, job fairs, and recruitment events.

•

Manage end-to-end communication between corporate partners and internal teams.

•

Monitor performance metrics like new partners added, hiring numbers, and partnership revenue.
