JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Promote and sell banking products like Personal Loans, Credit Cards, and CASA accounts.
Identify customer needs and offer appropriate financial products.
Maintain a positive relationship with customers.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets as assigned. Provide accurate reports to the team leader or manager.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Basic knowledge of banking and financial products (PL, CC, CASA).
Excellent, convincing, and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude and result-oriented mindset.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
