Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation:
   Use cold calling, email campaigns, WhatsApp, software tools, and data searching for new lead generation.
   
   

2. Product Knowledge/Demo:
   Understand the features and benefits of our offerings to explain them clearly to customers.
   
   

3. Customer Engagement:
   Interact with customers to understand their needs and provide the right solutions.
   
   

4. Sales Pitching:
   Deliver compelling sales pitches to convert leads into customers.
   
   

5. Target Achievement:
   Achieve sales targets and key performance metrics like call volume, lead conversion, and revenue.
   
   

6. Relationship Building:
   Build long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
   
   

7. Follow-Ups:
   Follow up with potential and existing customers to close deals and resolve queries.
   
   

8. Team Collaboration:
   Coordinate with sales, marketing, and customer support teams for smooth operations and a better customer experience.
