About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team in Kolkata. The role involves handling both B2B and B2C sales, building client relationships, and driving business growth. Candidates with an EdTech background will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate leads through various channels (cold calling, networking, referrals, and online platforms).
Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients (institutions, corporates, and partners).
Engage directly with B2C customers to understand their requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
Conduct sales presentations, demos, and negotiations to close deals.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM tools.
Provide feedback from the market to enhance products/services.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred).
0–1 year of experience in Sales (EdTech background preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proactive, target-oriented, and willing to take ownership.
