Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Onsite Sales Executive to manage walk-in clients, conduct site visits, and close deals at the project location. The role involves client interaction, property presentation, and coordination with the sales and marketing team to achieve targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Attend and manage client walk-ins and inquiries at the project site.
Conduct property presentations and site visits with potential buyers.
Understand customer needs and suggest suitable property options.
Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, payments, and customer support.
Maintain proper records of client interactions and leads

Education: Graduate / Undergraduate

Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Confident personality with sales aptitude

Willingness to work from project site and travel locally
