Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Tele Sales Executive to join our dynamic
sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive
attitude, and a passion for sales. You will be responsible for connecting with potential
clients, explaining our property offerings, and converting leads into site visits and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
Explain property details, current projects, and investment opportunities.
Identify customer needs and offer suitable real estate solutions.
Schedule and coordinate site visits with clients and sales teams.
Maintain accurate records of calls, client interactions, and follow-ups.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for lead conversions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
Requirements:
Graduation required
Only Fresher’s –No prior Experience needed
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confident, proactive, and persuasive attitude
Ability to work under pressure and meet task
Proficiency in basic computer and CRM tools
Age 23+
MBA Freshers preferred
Must have own Vehicle & valid Driving License
