Position: Inside Sales Executive – EdTech (Parent Engagement & Tutor Services)

WONK is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our EdTech team. Your primary role will be to connect with parents, understand their children’s learning needs, and guide them towards the best tutoring solutions we offer.

What You’ll Do:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with parents interested in tutoring services.

- Understand parents’ requirements and explain how our tutoring programs can help their children succeed.

- Convert inquiries into confirmed enrollments by building trust and providing clear information.

- Maintain accurate records of conversations and follow-ups to ensure excellent customer experience.

- Collaborate with the academic team to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.

- Meet and exceed sales targets focused on tutoring services.

- Lead Generation: Responsible for generating leads by visiting various sites and setting up canopies to attract potential customers. If any society or location requires a fee for canopy placement, the company will bear that cost.

What We’re Looking For:

- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in EdTech or education-related roles.

- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, with the ability to connect empathetically with parents.

- Strong customer service orientation, patient, and solution-driven approach.

- Target-driven, self-motivated, and a team player.
