Job Description

Handle inbound & outbound calls to prospective clients.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable property options.
Generate and schedule site visits for the sales team.
Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems.
Follow up regularly with interested clients to convert inquiries into visits.
Coordinate with the sales team for lead handover and updates.
Maintain strong product knowledge of ongoing and upcoming projects.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and site visit generation
