Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for getting new clients and also doing upselling and cross-selling.
Generate leads through different channels apart from the central marketing team (business development, MOU tie-ups, BTL activities, outstation events, etc.).
Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for the clients onboarded.
Set daily targets for consultations and revenue, and track performance regularly.
Achieve monthly revenue targets and contribute to the studio’s financial growth.
Work with an entrepreneurial mindset and act as a business partner to achieve common goals.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree is required.
Minimum 7+ years of sales experience.
Strong focus on achieving and exceeding monthly revenue targets.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Experience in one-on-one consultative selling.
Experience handling high-net-worth clients (HNI) in face-to-face consultations.
