Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for getting new clients and also doing upselling and cross-selling.

  • Generate leads through different channels apart from the central marketing team (business development, MOU tie-ups, BTL activities, outstation events, etc.).

  • Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for the clients onboarded.

  • Set daily targets for consultations and revenue, and track performance regularly.

  • Achieve monthly revenue targets and contribute to the studio’s financial growth.

  • Work with an entrepreneurial mindset and act as a business partner to achieve common goals.

 

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.

  • Minimum 7+ years of sales experience.

  • Strong focus on achieving and exceeding monthly revenue targets.

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).

  • Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.

  • Experience in one-on-one consultative selling.

  • Experience handling high-net-worth clients (HNI) in face-to-face consultations.
