Key Responsibilities
New Client Acquisition: Visit prospective clients in the field, work on leads, convert them into business.
Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed assigned monthly / quarterly sales targets.
Client Relationship Management: Build strong, long-term relationships and ensure customer satisfaction & retention.
Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Monitor industry trends & competitor activities, adapt strategies accordingly.
Event & Campaign Support: Collaborate with marketing to plan and execute local events, promotions, and lead generation activities.
Collaboration & Reporting: Coordinate with marketing, maintain CRM, generate reports, share insights with management.
Key Skills / Competencies
Excellent verbal & written communication in English + local/regional languages
Persuasion, negotiation, listening & questioning skills
Rapport building, meeting & telephone etiquette
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Internet research, basic software & computer literacy
High energy, confidence, persistence, willingness to learn
Honest, result-oriented, growth minded
Education & Experience
Undergraduate (BBA / BMS / B.Com or any discipline with good exposure)
Postgraduate (MBA / PGDM) preferred but not mandatory
Freshers are welcome; prior sales / field sales experience (even 6 months) is an advantage

Must have own two-wheeler + smartphone (for field sales roles)
