We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team . In this role, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and helping customers find the perfect devices and plans to suit their needs.
Greet customers and assess their needs in a friendly and professional manner.
Promote and sell mobile phones, accessories, and service plans.
Explain product features, network services, and promotions to customers clearly.
Stay up-to-date with the latest mobile technology, trends, and store promotions.
Assist with in-store merchandising, inventory management, and stock replenishment.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns professionally.
Meet or exceed individual and store sales targets and KPIs.
Process transactions using the store’s point-of-sale (POS) system accurately.
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
Participate in team meetings and ongoing sales training sessions.
Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in electronics or mobile phones.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent customer service skills with a positive, helpful attitude.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Basic understanding of mobile phones and network plans.
Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve sales targets.
High school diploma or equivalent (additional education is a plus).
Previous experience in a phone or electronics store.
Familiarity with major mobile phone brands
Bilingual abilities (if relevant to your area/customer base).
