Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven In-House Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling incoming leads, making outbound calls, converting inquiries into sales, and building long-term customer relationships — all while working from within the office.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries.
Explain product/service features, pricing, and benefits to potential customers.
Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and database management.
Convert inquiries into confirmed sales by providing excellent customer service.
Maintain relationships with existing clients for repeat business and referrals.
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
Maintain sales records and prepare reports using CRM tools or Excel.
Coordinate with the operations/marketing team for smooth sales processes.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory).
Proven experience in tele-sales, inside sales, or customer service.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM software.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
