Attend walk-in customers and understand their vehicle requirements
Explain features, specifications, and benefits of vehicles
Conduct test drives and give proper product demonstration
Follow up with leads (inquiries, calls, referrals)
Maintain customer database and update CRM regularly
Handle customer queries, objections, and negotiations
Coordinate with finance & insurance team for loan/insurance process
Ensure timely vehicle delivery and documentation
Maintain good relationship with customers for repeat business and referrals
