Job Title: Immigration Consultant
Job Summary:
We are looking for dynamic and client-oriented Immigration Consultants to join our team. The role involves enrolling new clients, explaining immigration services and programs, and guiding them through the initial process. You will act as the first point of contact, ensuring a smooth and professional client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct consultations with prospective clients to explain available immigration programs and services.
Assess clients’ needs and match them with suitable services.
Handle client enrollment and guide them on the next steps of the process.
Provide clear information regarding procedures, timelines, and expectations.
Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and follow-ups.
Achieve monthly/quarterly targets for client enrollment.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and enrolled cases.

Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
