We are hiring a B2B Sales Executive to drive new business through inbound and outbound calls. You will find and qualify leads, pitch our solutions to decision-makers such as HR, Procurement, Admin heads and Founders, and move deals through to closure. The role suits someone who enjoys conversations, handles objections calmly and likes owning a pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect target companies, make cold calls and generate a steady flow of new leads.

• Handle inbound enquiries promptly and qualify them for fit and buying intent.

• Pitch our solutions to key decision-makers, including HR, Procurement, Admin and Founders.

• Understand each client's needs and tailor proposals and pricing accordingly.

• Negotiate terms and close deals in line with company guidelines.

• Manage the sales pipeline from first contact to closure, with regular follow-ups.

• Keep CRM records accurate and up to date, including calls, meetings and deal stages.

• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for calls, meetings and revenue.

• Share market and customer feedback with the team to improve the pitch and offering.

Candidate requirements

• Well-spoken and articulate, with strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong negotiation skills and the confidence to handle objections.

• Punctual and dependable, with good time management.

• Adaptable and quick to learn new products, tools and processes.

• Friendly, approachable and able to build rapport over the phone.

• Comfortable making a high volume of calls and working to targets.

Preferred qualifications

• Prior experience in B2B, inside sales or corporate sales.

• Hands-on experience with a CRM such as Zoho, HubSpot or Salesforce.

• Fluency in English & Hindi is must

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 2 - 4 years of experience.
