The Two-Wheeler Sales Executive is responsible for selling two-wheelers to customers by understanding their needs, explaining product features, arranging test rides, and closing sales. The role also includes maintaining customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring a positive buying experience.
Greet customers and understand their two-wheeler requirements
Explain product features, specifications, pricing, and offers
Arrange and conduct test rides for customers
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Generate leads through walk-ins, referrals, and follow-ups
Assist customers with finance, insurance, and registration processes
Maintain accurate sales records and customer data
Follow up with customers post-sales for feedback and repeat business
Coordinate with service and delivery teams for smooth vehicle delivery
Ensure showroom cleanliness and proper display of vehicles
Good communication and negotiation skills
Customer-focused approach
Basic knowledge of two-wheeler models and specifications
Ability to convince and close sales
Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Excel, billing software)
Minimum 10th / 12th pass (Graduate preferred)
Experience in two-wheeler or automobile sales is an advantage
Freshers with good communication skills may also apply
Valid two-wheeler driving license
Willingness to work on weekends and during peak sales periods
