A Two-Wheeler Sales Executive is responsible for assisting customers in purchasing motorcycles two-wheelers. The role involves understanding customer needs, explaining product features, arranging test rides, and closing sales while maintaining excellent customer service.
Greet and engage walk-in and online customers at the showroom
Understand customer preferences (commuting needs, mileage, brand preferences)
Recommend suitable models
Explain features, variants, price structures, financing options, and accessories
Arrange test rides and ensure proper demonstration of vehicle features
Assist customers with loan, insurance, and registration documentation
Follow up on leads generated through digital platforms, referrals, and walk-ins
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall dealership goals
Maintain and update customer records in CRM
Provide after-sales support and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Persuasive selling and product knowledge
Local language fluency
Familiarity with two-wheeler models, specifications, and pricing
Time management and ability to handle multiple inquiries
Basic understanding of financing, EMI, and insurance options
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
