Job Title: Sales Consultant – Two-Wheeler Showroom
Job Summary:
The Sales Consultant is responsible for assisting customers in selecting and purchasing two-wheelers by understanding their needs, explaining product features, and ensuring a smooth sales process. The role focuses on achieving sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable two-wheeler models
Explain product features, specifications, pricing, and finance/EMI options
Arrange and conduct test rides for customers
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain customer database and follow up on leads and enquiries
Coordinate with finance and insurance teams for quick deal closures
Ensure proper documentation and billing process
Handle customer queries, objections, and complaints professionally
Keep updated knowledge of new models, offers, and competitors
Maintain showroom display and ensure vehicles are presented well
